Please read the following terms carefully before using this platform. By creating an account on sk33, you are fully accepting these terms.

1Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the sk33 platform and all its services. sk33 is an online betting and casino platform in Bangladesh, offering cricket betting, slots, live casino, fishing games, and card games.

By creating an account on this platform or using any of its services, you are considered to have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any term, please refrain from using this platform.

Important: sk33 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be taken as your acceptance of the new Terms.

2Account Opening Eligibility

To open an account and use the services on sk33, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

  • You must be 21 years of age or older. Opening an account on this platform is strictly prohibited for those under 21.
  • You must create the account entirely in your own identity and for your own benefit. Managing an account on behalf of a third party is not permitted.
  • Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be suspended and deposited funds may be forfeited.
  • All information provided at the time of account registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • You must be free from any legal restriction on using this platform under applicable law.
Age Verification: sk33 may request documents for identity and age verification at any time. Withdrawals may be on hold until verification is complete. For 21+ only.

3Account Management & Security

Keeping your sk33 account secure is entirely your responsibility. Please follow the guidelines below:

3.1 Password & Login Security

Keep your login details (username and password) completely confidential. Do not allow anyone else access to your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the sk33 support team ([email protected]) immediately.

3.2 Account Verification

After registration, sk33 may request a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents to verify your identity. Each account's information is kept secure in accordance with our SSL encryption and fair play policy.

3.3 Account Suspension or Closure

sk33 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

  • Providing false or misleading information.
  • Engaging in fraudulent activity or misusing the bonus system.
  • Operating multiple accounts.
  • Violating any clause of these Terms.
  • Attempting to compromise the platform's security or harm other users.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposit Rules

For depositing funds on sk33, we use Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. The withdrawal process is generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Account verification must be complete at the time of submitting a withdrawal request.

Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method that was used to deposit. Additional verification may be required for withdrawals via a different method.

4.3 Currency & Taxes

All transactions on sk33 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The user is solely responsible for any applicable taxes or duties. sk33 does not provide tax advice.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

sk33 follows a strict anti-money laundering policy. For unusual or suspicious transactions, we reserve the right to verify the account and, if necessary, notify the relevant authorities.

5Bonus & Promotion Policy

sk33 offers various bonuses and promotions for new and regular players. Please read the following terms carefully before using any bonus:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. A deposit of ৳10,000 earns the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳18,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 15x wagering requirement applies to bonuses, calculated on the bonus amount only (not the combined deposit and bonus). Example: if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳30,000 (৳2,000 × 15) in bets before withdrawing bonus winnings.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus offer may be used only once per account.
  • Bonuses cannot be transferred to your own or another person's account.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met.
  • Misuse of the bonus system (such as opening accounts in the names of multiple family members to claim bonuses) is strictly prohibited.
  • sk33 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel the terms of any bonus offer at any time.
Bonus Abuse: If evidence of bonus abuse is found, sk33 may cancel the bonus on the relevant account and keep the account suspended.

6Gaming Rules & Code of Conduct

All users must follow the code of conduct below while playing on the sk33 platform:

  • Using any technical techniques, bots, or automation software to influence game results is prohibited.
  • Deliberately exploiting any bug or glitch in the platform's software or game engine is prohibited. If such a bug is found, support should be notified immediately.
  • Colluding with other players to control game outcomes is strictly prohibited.
  • All game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG). sk33 is committed to ensuring fair play.
  • If a game is left incomplete due to a technical issue, sk33 will make a decision based on system logs.

6.1 Betting Rules

Each market in the sports betting section (cricket, football, kabaddi, etc.) has its own detailed rules. Please read the relevant market rules before placing a bet. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless sk33 specifically offers this option.

6.2 In Case of Technical Errors

In the event of incorrectly displayed odds or incorrect deposit or withdrawal amounts due to a technical error, sk33 reserves the right to correct the amount. The user will be given reasonable notice in such cases.

7VIP Program & Cashback

sk33's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Users move up to higher tiers over time based on regular play.

  • Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%
  • Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
  • Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%

sk33 has the sole right to determine VIP tiers and cashback amounts. VIP benefits are non-transferable and may not be convertible to cash unless specifically stated. sk33 reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program at any time.

8Responsible Gaming Policy

sk33 believes gaming is for entertainment only — not a way to solve financial problems. We encourage all players to play responsibly.

  • We give users the option to set their own deposit limits.
  • If signs of gaming addiction appear, you may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion.

  • Loss due to the user's own negligence or breach of these Terms.
  • Loss caused by third-party software or services.
Jurisdiction: For any dispute relating to these Terms, sk33's decision will be considered final unless both parties reach an alternative resolution through discussion.
